New	Clear the existing StreamOUT configuration and start with a new Process view.
Open	Open an existing StreamOUT configuration. The StreamOUT configuration must have been saved as a *.dso file.
Save	Save the StreamOUT configuration as data embedded in the corresponding Message file in the Design Center Project.
Exit	Exit the StreamOUT tool.
