Adding page numbers

You can add a substitution that is replaced during runtime with the page number on each page instance.

To add page numbers

1	In the Document or Page view, right-click the position to add page numbers and select Insert > Substitution. The Data Selection dialog opens.

Click OK.

3	Select the substitution.

4	In the Properties panel Data category, set Substitution type to Field.

5	Set Field type to Page number.
