Indic languages support

You can enable font glyph shaping in StoryTeller of the following Indic languages:

•

Hindi

•

Marathi

•

Gularanti

•

Tamil

Note:

The quality of the rendered glyphs is highly dependant on the font.

To enable Indic glyph shaping by default

1	Select Tools > Options. The Options dialog opens.

2	Select Defaults > Paragraph.

3	Set BiDi and Shaping to Complex.

To enable Indic glyph shaping on a specific paragraph

1	Select Tools > Options. The Options dialog opens.

2	Select General and Use text direction controls.

3	Select a text paragraph.

4	In the Properties panel, Paragraph section, set BiDi and Shaping to Complex.’

Performance may drop when Complex shaping is used. I.e. use this setting only when required.
