Status Messenger input connector settings
Event name	The name of the MessageIN Event that extracts the notification data.
Mode	Basic – Displays the basic options for the Status Messenger input connector. Advanced – Displays the advanced options for the Status Messenger input connector, which are used to create status reports for specific jobs and log messages.
Input queue	Retrieves notifications for the input queue.
Pre-process	Retrieves notifications for the Pre-process activities. Note: Pre-process must be combined with Event, Job, or Process to give a result.
Event	Retrieves notifications for the Events monitored.
Job	Retrieves notifications for the runtime jobs monitored.
Process	Retrieves notifications for the Processes monitored.
Output queue	Retrieves notifications for the output queues monitored.
Started	Retrieves notifications relating to when the monitored Events, Processes, etc are started.
Running	Retrieves notifications with the severity level Running.
Warning	Retrieves notifications with the severity level Warning.
Success	Retrieves notifications relating to when the monitored Events, Processes, etc are successfully completed.
Failure	Retrieves notifications with the severity level Failure.
First only	Retrieves the first notification generated for a job, and ignores subsequent notifications for the same job.

 

Status Messenger input connector settings - advanced
External job IDs	The external job IDs that trigger status reports to be created. This parameter must be used in combination with the Log IDs. Variables can not be used. Use commas to separate multiple entries.
Log IDs	The IDs of the log messages that trigger status reports to be created. Notifications with these log IDs are retrieved and included in the status report. Variables can not be used. Use commas to separate multiple entries.
