Syntax	-td <path>\<directory>
Description	Specifies the path and name of an alternative temporary directory for a Project.
Comment	The default temporary directory (tmp) resides in the working directory and can grow unrestrictedly. Use this argument to specify an alternative temporary directory outside the working directory. Note: Specify a directory that the StreamServer can easily and quickly access.
Example	-td D:\StreamServe\TemporaryDirectory
