Specifying partitions

A partition is a section of the signature that contains one page. You can add and configure the partitions in a signature.

Note:

Make sure the size of the logical page fits the partition size.

To specify partitions automatically

1	In the Sheet Layout editor, select Signature in the Category tree.

2	From the Sheet Layout menu, select Auto Add Partitions. Partitions are added according to your signature definition.

3	Edit the values for the partitions. See Partition settings.

To add a partition manually

1	In the Sheet Layout editor, select Signature in the Category tree.

2	From the Sheet Layout menu, select Add Partition.

3	Edit the values for the partition. See Partition settings.
