When you specify the Attachment path you can either specify the path to a file on disk, a URI to an Open Text Media Management (OTMM) asset or a URI to a resource stored in the runtime repository via a Resource filter or Resource output connector.To be able access OTMM assets you must first create a Media Management connection profile (see the Profile configurations documentation). When you have the connection profile you can reference an asset using the following syntax:otmm://<profileName>/<reference>

3 Enter the Attachment name.
4 From the Use attachment as drop-down list, select how to use the attachment:
– Attachment – use as attachment.
– Body – use as email body.
– Alternative body – use as alternative email body.
5 Specify whether the Attachment is mandatory. If specified and the attachment cannot be added to the email, the job will fail.
6 In Attachment path, specify the path or URI to the resource.
7 Specify the Content type of the attachment:
– Predefined – Select the content type from the Predefined type drop-down list.
– Custom – Enter a custom content type in the Custom type field.
8 Use Convert PCL to PDF to convert PCL files to PDF attachments.
