Setting up a web service connection profile for EasyLink
EasyLink user name and password
You need your EasyLink user name and password to set up the connection profile.
To set up a web service connection profile

In the resource set, add a new Web service profile resource.

On the Profile sub-type list, click EasyLink.

On the Authentication profile list, click <Create new...>, and enter your EasyLink user name and password.

On the Secure channel profile list, click the secure channel profile you set up previously. For information about setting this up, see Setting up HTTPS communication with EasyLink.

EasyLink Web service profile property descriptions
The name of the connection profile cannot include underscore characters ("_") and must be unique in the application domain where the StreamServe application will run.
Attempt recovery
Never – StreamServe software does not try to reconnect.
Limited times – StreamServe software tries to reconnect a limited number of times.
Forever – StreamServe software tries to reconnect forever.
Number of Retries
The number of times StreamServe software should try to reconnect if the computer does not respond.
