File mode arguments

You can use following arguments in File mode:

•	-fto – time to wait for file access.

•	-sid – the server input directory.

•	-sod – the server output directory.

•	-pre – a prefix to use for the name of the file that will be sent to the StreamServer application.

•	-post – a file extension to use for the file to send to the StreamServer application.

•	-efpost – Activates checking for a file that indicates errors.

•	-idfile – the name of the file that contains the next id to use for the output file.
