Customizing the columns in the documents table
By default, the following columns are displayed in the documents table at the bottom of DBQ Tool:
In the dbq.properties file, you can re-arrange these default columns and add new default columns with user defined metadata. The changes are persistent and remain in the user interface if you refresh or close the browser.
Prerequisites and preparations
The Post processor context must be enabled for the user defined metadata in Design Center.
*
You can find the GUIDs in the Metadata Group Editor in Design Center or in the Manage Document Types dialog box in Control Center.
Before updating the dbq.properties file, we recommend that you back up the file.
To customize the columns
1
Open the dbq.properties file in a text editor. The file is located in:
<Portal root>\<Name>_dbq\WEB-INF\spring\properties
Note:
2
# MetaData to be shown in the columns
metadata.columns=<
GUID_1>,<GUID_2>,...,<GUID_N>
