Document Broker view

In this category view, you can examine and administer Document Broker Plus storages.

The items (buttons and table columns) in this view are described in the tables below.

Item	Description
Drop Storage	Drop the selected storage.
Delete Expired	Delete expired documents from the selected storage. Expired documents have ExpiringTime property set to a time that has expired.
Search	Search for documents in the selected storage.
Expire Selected	Expire selected documents. Sets ExpiringTime property to the current date and time. This means these documents are deleted when you click Delete expired.
Filter	Filter used to reduce the number of items shown in the document table. If you enter a sequence of characters in this field, only table rows that contain cells with the same sequence of characters are displayed.
Available storages	List of all Document Broker Plus storages in the runtime repository.
Document table	List of all documents in the selected Document Broker Plus storage. The list includes columns for system metadata, and also columns for custom metadata defined in the document type assigned to the document.

Option	Description
Copy value	Copy the value from a table cell. This can be useful in Database Administration Tool for example when you want to use a specific GUID as filter criterion.
