Saved Searches view In this category view, you can: • View saved Collector searches assigned to users and roles. • Assign searches to users and roles. • Remove searches from a user/role. • Delete searches. The items (buttons and tables) in this view are described in the tables below. Item Description Users & Roles This table shows all users and roles that have saved searches assigned. Searches This table shows all saved searches assigned to the user/role selected in the User & Roles table. Roles This table is used to assign searches to roles. Users This table is used to assign searches to users. Attach > Assigns selected searches (Searches table) to selected users/roles (Users or Roles table). Delete Selected Searches Deletes all searches selected in the Searches table.
