Examining resource properties

You can examine the resource properties in the resource table. The following resource properties are displayed:

Creation Time	The time the resource was created.
Name	The name of the resource.
Type	The resource type.
Revision	The revision of the resource.
Software Version	OpenText StreamServe software version.
BLOB Size	The blob size (bytes) of the resource.
Description	A description of the resource.

You can also select a resource in the resource table and click View. The properties for the selected resource are in this case displayed in the Properties dialog box.

Sorting the table

You can sort the rows in the table by clicking the column labels.

Using the resource filter

By default, all resources are displayed in the resources table in the View Resources view. You can use the filter in this view to limit the number of resources displayed.

If you want to display all resources of a specific resource type, you can select the appropriate resource type from the Filter drop-down list. You can also enter any sequence of characters in the Filter field – in this case only table rows that contain cells with the same sequence of characters are displayed.

Copying table cell values

If you need to copy a table cell value, you can right-click the cell and select Copy value.
