Expiring and deleting top jobs

You can expire top jobs (including all sub-jobs), and let delete procedures in the runtime repository delete the jobs. You can also use Database Administration Tool delete all expired jobs in the runtime repository.

Note:

Make sure there are no related Message storage documents. If there are, you must first delete the documents in the Message storages (see Expiring and deleting Messages in a storage), and then delete the top job.

To expire a top job

1	Perform a search in order to find the top job (see Examining top jobs).

2	Select the top job and click Expire.

To delete all expired top jobs

Click Delete Expired.
