Examining sub-jobs

You can select a top job, and examine all input jobs and output jobs contained in the top job.

To examine sub-jobs

1	Perform a search in order to find the top job (see Examining top jobs).

2	Select the top job and click Job Details. All sub-jobs are displayed.

You can examine the following information:

Sequence No	Sequence number of the job.
I/O	Shows whether the job is an input or output job.
Started	The time the job started.
Ended	The time the job ended.
Duration	Duration of the job, i.e. the time between Started and Ended.
Priority	Priority of the job.
Processing Status	The latest completed status of the job. Cancelled Processing of the job is cancelled. Removed The job is removed. Completed Processing of the job is completed. Aborted The job has failed the maximum number of retries. FailedOver Another StreamServer application has taken over due to failure. N/A Processing status not applicable.
Error Code	Error code of the job.
Repetition Order	The repetition order of the job. If a job fails, and StreamServer tries to reprocess the job, a new row is added for the job with Repetition order increased by one.
Queue	The queue where the job is queued.
Error Message	Error message of the job.

Filtering sub-jobs

You can use the Filter field to reduce the number of sub-jobs displayed. If you enter a sequence of characters in this field, only table rows that contain the same sequence of characters are displayed. For example, if you enter Completed in the filter, only jobs with status Completed are shown in the table.
