Preparing the output connector to store documents
To use an Archiver application to store documents, you must set up the archiving options for the connector. The archiving options include the scope of the documents you want to store:
All documents – Archives all successful documents from both successful and failed jobs, but does not archive failed documents.
Successful jobs – Only stores documents that are part of a successful job. If one document in a job fails, none of the documents in the job are stored.
Variable – Uses a variable to determine which documents to store.
Before you begin
The document type must exist in the resource set.
