Configuring the Design Center Project > Service-enabling the Message

Service-enabling the Message
To preview and publish a document definition, you must enable the Message that includes the Composition Center-enabled Process to be invoked through web service requests. Service-enabling is also a prerequisite for displaying the selected template when creating a new document definition.
Default preview output connectors
When a Message is service-enabled, you can use default output connectors to preview documents in Composition Center. These connectors are automatically created and selected at preview service requests. They are not visible in Design Center. The connectors automatically use the required drivers, which are pre-configured with settings that are sufficient for most preview scenarios.
You cannot modify the default preview connectors. To use customized drivers or fonts, you must manually create and select the preview connectors. See Creating output connectors for document previews (optional).
