Runtime Repository tab
The Runtime Repository tab is used for specifying the connection settings for the runtime repository, which includes the Queue, Security, and Web Access repositories.
Notes
The Database name/Service name (SID), User name, and Password settings must follow the naming standards of the database server. Contact your database administrator for more information.

In the repositories area, the connection profile settings below are available for the Queue, Security, and Web Access repositories.
You must assign the same user for the Queue, Security, and Web Access repositories. The user must exist before the repository is created and must have privileges to create databases. That is, the user must have instance level authority corresponding to sysadm.
BINDADD – For binding packages.
CREATEIN – On the collection specified by the Package Collection option.
GRANT EXECUTE – On the PUBLIC group for executing the packages.
